Yoon Eun Hye reveals her thoughts on potentially appearing on ‘Running Man’

Actress Yoon Eun Hye recently opened up about her past days as the lovable “young girl warrior” on SBS‘ ‘X-Man‘ as well as her possibility of appearing on SBS’ ‘Running Man‘ as requested by fans in the hopes of rekindling her on-screen love line with singer Kim Jong Kook.

About being mentioned on the show frequently despite never having made a physical appearance, Yoon Eun Hye commented, “The fact that it is still receiving attention up until now makes me realize that [our love line] was really a big issue back then. I was the maknae (youngest) on the program at the time. Although we don’t contact each other that often nowadays, because I was the maknae and received a lot of love from them, I think that they can discuss these things comfortably,” revealing her experience with her former ‘X-Man’ co-stars.

When asked about her possibility of featuring as a guest on ‘Running Man’, the actress shared, “I think that it is a really good program, but I don’t think I’m justified in appearing on the show at the moment. I think that it’d be nice if I went on the show when I’m about to start a new movie or drama. I wouldn’t be afraid to go on the show if I thought that it’d be steered in another direction, but I think that they might focus too much on [the love line] if I do go on. If that happens, then there won’t be much significance to me being there. Since it is a good program, I think it will be fun if I get to appear on the show.”

Teaser trailer unveiled for movie ‘Running Man’

Starring legendary actor Shin Ha Kyun and Lee Min Ho (from ‘Rooftop Prince‘), the upcoming film ‘Running Man‘ has revealed an action-packed teaser trailer!

As an important note, this film should not be confused with the variety program of the same name, to which this film holds no connection.

If the trailer is anything to go by, the film will feature extraordinary sights, breath-taking stunts, and – of course – running. The movie is slated for release in April, and is also notable for being the first Korean film to be produced by American media giant 20th Century Fox.

Check out the teaser below!

Yoo Jae Suk Says Goodbye to ′Come to Play′ at the ′MBC Entertainment ... - Yahoo! Philippines News

Yoo Jae Suk said goodbye to Come to Play at the MBC Entertainment Awards.

The speech was made when he won the PD Award at the ceremony on December 29.

He had been present with the Infinity Challenge team when producer Kim Young Hee, the presenter, called out his name. He seemed surprised at the unexpected award, and headed onstage to accept it.

"I was surprised because I never thought I would receive this award," he said. "I want to thank the variety producers for this."

As he hadn′t been able to say goodbye as the eight-years MC of Come to Play with its sudden cancellation, Yoo Jae Suk used the opportunity to say goodbye and thank his colleagues.

He said, "I think I have to say this. Kim Won Hee, who I hosted Come to Play with, wasn′t able to come today. I′m alone here, but I want to thank our viewers, on behalf of our producers and everyone else, for loving us for so long."

"I wanted to say this," he went on. "Ms Kim Won Hee, thank you for your hard work, and I had fun in the eight years we were together."

After seeing Kim Na Young in tears at her seat, Yoo Jae Suk joked, "I′m the one receiving the award, but why are you crying? Ms Kim Na Young, thank you so much for your three years of effort."

He then mentioned the names of everyone who had helped Come to Play, including Gil, Lee Ha Neul, Yoo Seung Min, Park Myung Soo and Noh Hong Chul.

He finished, "I thank the viewers for continuing to love Infinity Challenge despite its six month hiatus. We weren′t able to give you big laughs this year, but next year we′ll make sure we do with our brothers."

Yoo Jae Suk and Noh Hong Chul didn't want to feature in Psy's ...

Comedians Yoo Jae Suk and Noh Hong Chul spoke up about their initial reactions to featuring in the music video for Psy's "Gangnam Style".

In the latest episode of 'Infinity Challenge', the duo traveled to New York to perform with Psy for 'Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve 2013′ celebration at Times Square.

As Yoo Jae Suk watched the excited Noh Hong Chul dress up for the performance with his original music video garb, he let the viewers in on a secret concerning his enthusiasm for "Gangnam Style".

"This is all in the past, but when he first showed up on set, he said he didn't want to shoot for the music video. It was done against his will," he framed.

Noh Hong Chul didn't take this sitting down, however. "Didn't you say 'me too' at that time, as well?" he questioned, confirming that they were less than excited to shoot the video – at the time.

With the amount of popularity the video has netted them thus far, hopefully they've changed their views by now!

The MC then texted back, "Hehe Simon D, Simon D, see you again. I will talk to you later," to which Simon D responded, "Yes, yes, Jae Suk, Jae Suk, although it's very late, Happy New Year. Be careful of catching a cold!!" Yoo Jae Suk gave his greetings for the new year as well and replied, "Yes yes Simon D, I hope you have a lot of fortune for the new year, hehe."

[Spoiler] Um Ji Won targets Yoo Jae Suk's masculinity on 'Running ...

The actress Um Ji Won tried to get out of a tight spot on the latest episode of 'Running Man' by threatening to target Yoo Jae Suk's, er, masculinity.

The final race involved a mission to secure as many chairs as possible. Since there were less chairs than the total number of cast members, fights inevitably broke out over which player would be able to take the chair for himself or herself.

During a particularly intense battle that unfolded between Um Ji Won, Yoo Jae Suk, and others, the actress shed her usual sweet personality by threatening, "I'll kick you in the central area! My foot is pointing directly there. I'll just kick it."

Despite this half-joking, half-realistic threat, the eventual winner of this coveted chair was Song Ji Hyo.

PSY Brings Hammer, Video Actors in for 'Finale' of 'Gangnam Style' - Billboard

Has America seen the last of "Gangnam Style"? Korean rapper PSY performed the song that spawned a billion YouTube views during "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve" on Monday night in NYC -- an occasion he has called the song's U.S. "finale."

For the performance, PSY trotted out several memorable characters from the song's video, including crotch-thrusting biker short guy and yellow suit dancer, played by South Korean entertainers Roh Hong-cheol and Yoo Jae Suk, respectively.

In a reprise of their American Music Awards triumph, PSY, who turned 35 on the holiday, also welcomed '90s rap icon Hammer to the chilly Times Square stage.

In a chat with MTV News, PSY said that he'll spend 2013 focusing on crafting another U.S. hit, rather than just continuing on his current "Gangnam"-only media tour.

"I'm really working hard on a new single right now, and I'm not saying ['Gangnam'] is ending on 'Dick Clark' - I still have a lot of invitations to perform it ... I'll be in Paris, and in February I got invited to perform in China, and I've still got to do promo," he said. "So let me say that in America I need a new single because 'Gangnam Style' got too popular, so I've got to write a new single."

Re-enacting their famous personas from Psy's smash hit "Gangnam Style", entertainers Yoo Jae Suk and Noh Hong Chul joined Psy on stage for his performance on 'Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve' in Times Square to welcome the new year with style.

The performance also appeared to be a part of an upcoming broadcast of 'Infinity Challenge', as the show's main producer, Kim Tae Ho, appeared to be in attendance for the evening. "Wow!" he tweeted. "New York is mudo-style!" ['Infinity Challenge' is often shortened to simply 'mudo' in Korea.]

MC Hammer made an appearance towards the end and everyone also wished Psy a happy birthday.

Were any of our readers in attendance for the evening?
